Who handles RevVitals data

Controller and processors

This page names the organisations involved when you use RevVitals. It sits alongside the privacy notice and terms.

Controller

Known, operating RevVitals at revvitals.com. Contact: iris@known.ltd. Known decides why account, consent and telemetry records are processed.

Processors

Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and, when bound, D1/R2 storage for the application.
A transactional mail provider — magic-link delivery only, once production mail is configured. Magic-link tokens are not stored in the mail body beyond the one-time URL.
Self-hosted Mautic on Known infrastructure — newsletter contacts that gave explicit newsletter-v1 consent. Product routes never call Mautic directly; a durable outbox worker delivers later.

International transfers

Cloudflare may process data in more than one region. Mautic for RevVitals currently runs on Known LAN infrastructure and is not a public marketing cloud.

Requests

Access, correction, deletion or marketing withdrawal: iris@known.ltd. Product access does not depend on newsletter consent. Share links can be revoked from the member garage without emailing us.
